Jim and Lorna Ross, owners of Flat Pennies Ice Cream in Bay City, along with Pierce County Sheriff Nancy Hove, each holding a copy of "Climb Aboard," a book based on the Ross' experiences in opening the ice cream shop. The Ross' gave copies of the book to R.E.A.C.H. A Child to go in sheriff's department patrol cars to be used in crisis situations.
