Dr. Laura Steves brings 17 years experience in the fields of business and human services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has been a counselor, administrator and business consultant in social service agencies, public schools, hospitals, governmental arenas, residential treatment centers, faith-based organizations and the judicial system. She's provided human resource consultation and organizational development with multi-million dollar financial gains to both the non-profit and corporate worlds.

Her publications include research and evaluation on community building through collaborative approaches.
