1. " WITH WINGS" CORPORATE SPONSOR

  $10,000

 A " WITH WINGS" CORPORATE SPONSOR =  A 1,000 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $10,000 (NOTE: Each "With Wings" Corporate sponsor will get a Custom Embossed Seal that will be affixed to the back cover of 1,000 books that will be donated to the Children. The seal will have your corporate logo/etc. and a custom message that you can add, plus logo items @ #4, 5,& 6).


2. AN "AMBASSADOR OF GOODWILL" SPONSOR

$5,000

AN "AMBASSADOR OF GOODWILL" SPONSOR = A 500 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $5,000 (NOTE: Each "Ambassador of Goodwill" Sponsor will share a Custom Embossed Seal with another Ambassador that will be affixed to the back cover of 1,000 books that will be donated to the Children.  The seal will have two corporate logos/etc. and a custom message added to it, plus logo items @ #4, 5 & 6).


3. A "PUT ON A SMILE" SPONSOR

$2,500

 A "PUT ON A SMILE" SPONSOR = A 250 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAT $2,500 (NOTE: Each Put On A Smile Sponsor will share a Custom Embossed Seal with four other Put On A Smile Sponsors that will be affixed to the back cover of 1,000 books that will be donated to the Children.  The seal will have four corporate logos/etc. and a custom message added to it, plus logo items @ #4,5 & 6).


4. A "REACH A CHILD" SPONSOR

$1,000

 A "REACH A CHILD" SPONSOR = A 100 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $1,000 (NOTE: Each "Reach A Child" Sponsor will receive a custom embroidered With Wings and a Halo Logo men's or woman's golf jacket!).


5. A "HALO" SPONSOR

$500

 A "HALO" SPONSOR = A 50 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $500 (NOTE: Each HALO Sponsor will receive a custom embroidered With Wings and a Halo Logo men's or woman's polo shirt).


6. A "FRIEND'GELIC" SPONSOR

$100

 A "FRIEND'GELIC" SPONSOR = A 10 BOOK DONATION OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN $100 (NOTE: Each "Friend'gelic" Sponsor will receive a custom embroidered With Wings and a Halo Logo cap or visor).


7. "A CHILD" SPONSOR

$10 TO LESS THAN $100 (Put amount in Unit Price)

 "A CHILD" SPONSOR = ANY CHILDREN'S BOOK DONATION  OR THE CASH OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTION FROM $10 TO LESS THAN $100 (NOTE: Each "A Child" Sponsor will receive a With Wings and a Halo Logo Pen).
